Alligator a L'Americaine

Ingredients

Alligator Feet, alligator removed.
Wine
Sauce Americaine

Method

  1. Cook in soup until 2/3rds done (I'm not sure how you tell!)
  2. Braise in wine.
  3. Cover with highly seasoned sauce Americaine.
  4. Simmer for a few minutes

    Waiter! Get me an alligator sandwich and make it snappy!
